Romula is the one you can trust. It is so important to find something that you can trust, vs someone who is just trying to sell you something. 2020 has been a whole challenge on its own and if it wasn't for Romula, I'm sure that I would not have been able to purchase my first home ever, and from out of state at that. She was amazing at listening to what I was looking for and adjusting searches so that I was seeing only what I was truly looking for. She provided referrals for mortgage officers that would be kind and knowledgeable about the home buying process, and then was able to guide me through negotiations, and inspections, and more negotiations all while keeping her calm and me calm. She truly cares and when I tell my friends about my experiences with Romula vs their experiences with their past agents they all say " I wish I could have had Romula there for me." When the time comes to look again, I will do it with Romula by my side.
